If you would like to make Jesus your Lord, please read the following article:

The Bible tells us "that if you confess with your mouth 'Jesus is Lord' and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

Here the Bible says that a person who wants to follow Jesus must confess that Jesus is Lord. To confess means to agree that what God says is true:

Here the Bible says that a person who wants to follow Jesus must confess that Jesus is Lord. To confess means to agree that what God says is true:

*You must agree with God that Jesus is Lord and that there is no other.
*You must agree that you have sinned because the Bible says that everyone has sinned. Because of sin, we are separated from God and therefore cannot have peace with God. God is holy and just, and therefore must punish sin. The punishment of sin is separation from God. God chose to place all the penalty of sin on Jesus through His death. Through Jesus a way has been made for us to be forgiven of the debt of sin we have with God.  So you must confess to God that you have sinned against Him and ask Him to forgive you of your sins and acknowledge Him as the Lord of your life.
*You must agree that Jesus is the only sacrifice or payment for your sins. Jesus became the perfect and only sacrifice for sin when He willingly died on the cross. In another place in the Bible it says that Jesus "was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people…" Because of Jesus' sacrifice there is no need for further offerings or sacrifices for sin. :

The Bible also says that you must "believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead."
Jesus died for our sins, He was buried, He was raised from the dead on the third day, and He appeared to
many people after His death before He ascended into heaven. He is the living Lord who conquered sin and death and made a way of forgiveness. Now a person can have peace with God through Jesus Christ. You must believe in your heart that Jesus is alive.

2) The phrase "to be saved" means to be free from the penalty of sin. The penalty of sin is death and separation from God. To be saved means to no longer be under the curse of sin. Sin brings punishment and death and there is no amount of good deeds, religious activities, or religion that can remove this punishment. Only through Jesus is there release from this penalty.

3) So you must acknowledge in your heart and mind that you have sinned against God, confess Jesus as Lord, believe in your heart that through Jesus' sacrifice the payment for sin has been made, and you will be free from the punishment of sin. When you make this decision, Jesus will send the Holy Spirit of God to live in you to guide you in your relationship with Him.
